We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday to help prevent from sitting in transit over the weekend.

All baked goods are freshly baked, then frozen before shipping to lock in maximum freshness and quality. They thaw beautifully and taste just as fresh when enjoyed.

Once your order arrives, enjoy it right away. Most items can be kept at room temperature for a few days or frozen for longer storage.

Yes! Local pickup is available. Please provide your preferred pick-up date and time during checkout or when we contact you after your order is placed.

The pickup address will be provided after your order is confirmed. We will coordinate a pickup time that works for both of us during the day. Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include.* Clear photos of the packaging and products.*Your order number.*A description if the issue.If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier before contacting us.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns.Any chargeback filed without first contacting us will be fully disputed with all available documentation, including order details, shipping records, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will result in permanent ban from purchasing from Loveolicious Bakehouse in the future.
